They will endeavor to give you information to repurpose your vintage finds. They love company and will try to keep you satisfied in the lovely stress free atmosphere of the Old Vicarage in Harrington Woods. So stop and take time to read our policies before you wander through the Cottage Violets.   Privacy Policy Cottage Violets respects your privacy and will never share your personal information without your permission. We use a secure server to process your payment information. Paypal provides SSl technology.   Payment Policy We accept all major credit cards and e-checks through Paypal our secure and encrypted shopping cart provider. International and overseas buyers will be required to use Paypal. Payment is due at time of purchase. We accept money orders and checks. Email us with purchase details and we will hold your items until your check or money order clears our bank. We will wait seven business days for your check or money order to arrive. In the event it does not arrive, we will re-list the item for sale.   Shipping Policy Cottage Violets endeavors to keep down shipping costs and will gladly combine shipping on multiple purchases made at the same time and shipped to the same address. We use USPS priority mail and UPS, DHL, and FedEx as appropriate to the items shipped. Shipping rates are provided for the 48 contiguous states. Overseas and international shipping will be quoted after the sale, or email us for a quote prior to the sale.   Insurance Insurance is optional but recommended. If insurance is purchased, any claim for damage (due to shipping only) must be emailed to us immediately for a return authorization number. The customer is responsible to return all packing and the original product in order to receive a refund. No refund will be processed until the original item is returned.   Refund Policy Cottage Violets offers vintage china, mostly English, that has been gently used. We endeavor to make all defects known at the time of listing. We are not experts, and consider a bit of wear to go hand in hand with our shabby chic, cottage, and beachy lifestyles. Please call or email with any questions prior to purchase as all vintage finds (including china and glass), craft items, paper items, and linens are NON-REFUNDABLE.   General Cottage Violets will remove sold items as soon as possible. In the case of a duplicate sale the item will go to the earliest customer, and we will refund the money to the duplicate purchaser immediately with our apologies. We want your shopping experience to be a stress free amble into the past, where you will find treasures to hand down in the future.
